I've been neglecting this town and I figured I could use some more tbt so I can start getting villagers for my other towns.
Rules:
Lurkers are allowed, but you have to check in periodically and let me know if you still want your villager. If you don't check in I'll take your name off the list
Reserving villagers are allowed! But only one person can reserve them. If someone else wants to reserve a villager at the same time as you, it's whoever sends me the tbt first.
Please be polite and have common sense when going through my town. You're allowed to run but make sure you don't run over flowers. You have to follow me or else I'll flip the switch and leave a negative rating.
If you reserved a villager from me but found them elsewhere, I'll gladly refund your tbt! Just shoot me a pm and I'll refund your tbt for you!
Tier 4&5's will not be auto voided but I will void villagers after 15 minutes or so if no one wants them.
I will hold a villager for you for up to 24 hours. After that I will sell them and return your tbt if you have reserved them.
Please have a clear void when you come over. I may be a cycling town, but dropping off an unwanted villager is unfair to me and others because it could prevent someone's dreamie from moving in.

Reservation: 25 tbt
Tier 1: 100-150 tbt
Tier 2: 75-100 tbt
Tier 3: 50-75 tbt
