Roscoe/ Kitty won't leave

Both of them built their homes in horrible places and I can't get either of them to ping. Anyone got any tips to get them out?

Take a look at this guide. I used it to get my unwanteds out. Also, if one of them is a tenth, than more likely than not one will move out before the other. Good luck!

None of them is the tenth one to move in. That's Blaire. Thank you guys for all the help! I'm going to have to try these tomorrow once I'm off work.
