Roscoe is all packed up in boxes today, and is moving out unexpectedly since I've had no time to play on this file recently. Roscoe was my bud and was one of my closest villagers; we were best friends. He would write me everyday with a gift and would ping me to tell me a story or give me some good old elderly advice. He's a very special villager, so I want him to go to a good home where he can be loved just as much as he was here in Rosseau.
His clothes and house are mostly original with the exception of a few furniture pieces.
I will be requiring dreamie proof just to be on the safe side. If you do not have dreamie proof but really insist on having Roscoe, I ask that you write a small paragraph on why you want him in your town. Doesn't have to be long, but it has to be believable!
First person I see worthy in the comments will get him, as this is a first-come-first-serve basis.
