"I just felt like it was right, you know?" I explained. "All of my friends don't pay much attention to me, and seeing someone who actually liked me and thought I was a good guy was just great for me."
"Hm." I say, thoughtfully. "That makes sense."
I accidently put my hand on his, and turn bright red. "Um, sorry!" I say, putting my hands in my lap instead.
"I see holes in a blanket, shielding the entire world from light. It's up to us to look through those holes, into light, to be who we really are. To not be shrouded in darkness." I laugh at myself. "I sound like a philosopher."
