When the demon does that, I widen my eyes and look in horror as the events happen. I run up with my fire in my hands and get ready to attack but stop. "I don't want to hurt Sage, so what the hell do we do?"

 

[Myst]

"Well, looks like I'm done here." I start walking away, still using Sage as a host body. I'll have to find a place to dispose her.

I glare at the demon and run to Orion, "You *****." I hate it. I hate all of it. I hate that I'm crying for the first time in years. I hate that I can't have nice things. I hate this ****ing world.

I collapse to the floor. I can barely breathe now. "S-Sai.."

(The demon is making its exit for now. They'll come back at the Haven better than ever. I'm thinking the demon represents the spirit of the leader of all those monsters you fought.)
