Rod is moving soon and I'm hoping to find him a good home. His catchphrase is intact, shirt is a "Black Flag" custom so it's easily changed and won't be passed around. He came to me by streetpass and his home is intact as it was when he moved in, but I'm not sure if his previous mayor changed anything.
