Your prices seem too good for a set lol. Most people are asking upwards of 200k for something like this :3

I generally don't like to overprice my services. I ask a little more than it's worth, just for the trouble of doing it, but not by much. I think the entire set, if you were to buy it normally, costs around 50K, or somewhere in that neighborhood.

It includes the Wallpaper and Flooring. Though my personal recommendation is to use the set with the Sleek Wallpaper and Carpet.
