rock glitch?!?

Hey guys i was just wondering did this happen to anyone before?
This rock that was a gem rock suddenly decided to stay and become a permanent rock o-o no matter how much i hit it it won't go away o-o Is this normal >< and if it isn't is there a way to fix this TT^TT

Can gem rocks run out of gems?!

Never heard of this glitch before, are you still getting other gem rocks pop up or have they stopped?

How many times did you hit it? How many gems popped out? Were you using a silver shovel? If you were using a silver shovel it was not a gem rock, but a money rock. The money rock sometimes gives you a bunch of gems when you hit it with a silver shovel.
