Rock garden theme

I just realized this set was absent in AC:NL. I thought it was really dumb when I was a kid, but now that I want to use it, it's remove from the game! I was planning to make my alt's back room into a zen/outdoor bath area (mossy carpet, outdoor bath, garden wall, plants,etc). Any suggestions for items related to this theme? The deer scare and tall lantern will work well too, I think, but other parts of the 'zen set' don't belong outdoors.

I noticed this a while back while trying to find things to put with my weeding day set. I used to like all the lanterns, and now we only have 1. :/

Exotic bench and aquarius urn might fit in? and maybe some of the weeding and mushroom series? ~ depends on exactly how you plan to make the garden I guess.
Catch some goldfish/koi? ~ though they might look odd in tanks
And maybe silver ore to use as rocks/rare mushrooms as accents.
You could also decorate with lotus lamps (on lily pad tables?), cherry blossom clocks and find some other pink things to make a spring cherry blossom theme?

Yeah, looked and couldn't find any :c they were just rock formations.


The goldfish look okay in tanks. I was thinking of using a white tulip dresser and Aquarius urn in the room. I don't think I want to use too much of the weeding day set though.

I have this outdoor pond type thing that would look nice. I don't recall what the proper name for it is. It is a little pond/pool surrounded by rocks.

seconding this, it looks really nice. even though i also don't know the name. D:

you could try to put some bonsai in there, maybe? (list#1 and list#2) also there's the zen-set, parts of it might look nice in a garden.

it's called something along the lines of "swimming pond" in german. D: that's why i didn't find it on moridb.
