So I've been down to 8 villagers for about a week now, but for some reason no one was moving in. I started to think something was up so I plot reset like 8 time during the same day, no one moved in so I finally started the game normally and frickng Ribbot moved in! He also moved into the wrong part of town that I was keeping clear for works projects. I will burn that frogs house to the ground!

Also, newbie question, what is the fastest way to get him to leave?

Have you introduced yourself already? Have you already talked to him outside of introducing yourself?

No, I haven't talked to him at all yet.

Then go introduce yourself to him and never talk to him again. If I recall, he should move out in about a week.
