Rhonda won't speak up!

Ruby says Rhonda might think about moving. I've been talking to Rhonda all day but she won't mention it! HELP!!!!

One trick I always do is save and quit, then start the game again.
Once you're in the game, hunt for Rhonda, and if she pings, she will mention that she's thinking about moving.
