I was just thinking about how in Gamecube, you got a golden statue of your character displayed in front of the train station. City Folk gave you a customizable flag outside of your house and New Horizons gives you some customization options as well (not spoiling for those who don’t know about it yet). I can’t explain why, but I felt more accomplished when I got the statue then he’d newer rewards. I was much younger then, though. Do you feel the rewards for paying off the final loan are appropriate? If not, what would you like to see?

Yeah the gamecube by far has the best final loan payment reward, it is a nice statue that stands out and is near the train station for all visitors to see :3 ACNH doesn't feel like a reward at all, it just feels like an add on that you would get, nothing special, just more house customization which I don't think is a reward, something that would happen anyway. I would have loved to see like a little island extension or like in Gamecube where you can go to a little island and have your own like private island, maybe I'm being a bit too greedy but at least a statue, and it would even be cooler if there was a bronze, silver, platinum, gold, diamond in the order you pay off your loan (at the end you would be able to customize to which variant you want though)
