As the title says, I'm reviewing dream towns! I'm trying to get the golden dreamer badge, so that means I need to visit 500 dream towns. @_@
Hopefully I'll be able to do it!

I'd love to visit your town and give my opinion on it. I'll list pros and cons and tell you what ways I think it could be improved. I won't "rate" it though, because that seems a bit mean to me. (unless you want me to, I guess?) c:

Note: It's going to take me a little while to get through all these reviews! They take longer than I expected. If you ask for a review it might take a few days before I can get around to it.

Also: A few of you have asked to see my dream town! I actually haven't made a dream address. It's a huge work in progress that won't be finished for a long time, so I'm just going to hold off on giving it a dream address for now. Thank you though!​

Just visited! Here we go:

I like that you used little fancy letters to name your town rather than just calling it "Rosewood." (This isn't really part of the dream review, just wanted to tell you that)

Pros:​

★ I liked the way the event plaza felt sort of "closed in" with trees and bushes around the sides. It gave a cute, cozy feeling. <3 The fruit trees along the bottom seemed sort of random though.
☆ I loved that you laid a bathrobe in front of the hot spring. That was a cute touch.
★ Your path looks very nice with the brick bridges!
☆ There was a cute, dramatic entrance up to Maku's house. The flower arch looked nice!

Cons:​

★ The bamboo forest with the hot spring was really cute, but I'd suggest adding a path up to it. Not your main path, but a smaller path (like maybe stepping stones). Something more natural and not as bricky as the rest of town.
☆ I thought the path looked sort of bad with the wooden bridge. Wooden bridges are beautiful, but they don't really look good with the brick path you have. I'd suggest using brick bridges for all three of your bridges.
★Over by Lolly's house and the beach access the path looked strange. What happened there? It looked like you might have laid it down wrong.
☆ There were a lot of things on the ground throughout town that looked like they didn't belong. Like all the tools on the diagonal bridge. Why were they there? I suggest you use wrapping paper to wrap up all the items that are meant to be for the dreamers and take away anything else. Then it's a fun surprise to open them and see what it is, and it won't look so cluttered.
★ I think diagonal bridges look bad when they have path coming up to them. Maybe relocate the bridge?


Overall, I'd say your town is quite cute. There was a lot of empty space though, and I personally prefer towns with more trees and flowers. I'd also suggest choosing a color theme and sticking with it throughout the whole town, because it'll tie everything together more. Like the flowers - I think it would look cute to use only flowers that are similar colors or that look "nice" together (ex: purple, blue and white flowers tend to look nice together, or pink and orange flowers look nice together, etc.) I guess that's more of a personal opinion though. I think the most amazing dream towns use only a few specific flower colors throughout the whole town. It always makes a town look very put together and not at all cluttery.

Visited! Just wondering: why didn't you capitalize the town name or ken's name? XD

Pros:​

★ Everything was all filled up! You had flowers everywhere and there weren't any blank spaces, which is a good thing. I think empty spaces are ugly. >.<
☆ Your villagers are cuties! I love little Molly, she's such a sweetie pie. <3
★ There were a lot of PWPs! They add some variety and fun to the town, so that's always nice c:
☆ I like that you created the dream address while it was raining in your town. It's cute to see towns during weather (rain, snow, storm, etc.). Usually it's just sunny or cloudy out in dream towns, so it's fun to see something new.

Cons:​

★ I didn't really like the path you chose. The blue color was really intense and didn't fit in with the town. I think it would look good with snow, but it just looked weird with grass.
☆ There was no order or organization to your flowers! They were just all stuck in everywhere and it looked sort off cluttered and crazy. I'd suggest color coding them or putting them into some sort of pattern. It'll look much nicer.
★ Some of the PWPs didn't seem very organized either. It sort of seemed like you just stuck PWPs in anywhere they would fit. There were some that were nicely placed though, like the picnic blanket.
☆ I suggest you use the same type of bridge for all three bridges. It'll tie things together more!

There you go! I liked your town, but I think you need to work on organization. It's a bit too cluttered and crazy the way it is now, so organizing things (especially the flowers) will really help a lot.
