i just recently completed my town kaneohe, and i'd love if anyone could visit and review it! its a tropical, modern, and forest town all in one. its set during a meteor shower so its super peaceful! it is a hacked town, so if you don't like those, you obviously don't have to visit. here are some pictures:

dream address is 4D00-006C-6C6F! if you review my town, i'll review yours too (as long as you want me to)!

I will visit yours tomorrow when I play :)

DA is in signature. Only had about a month so keep in mind if you visit

I'm just writing notes as I go along!

First house - Pualani
The game room on the right side was a fun little arcade BUT is it just me or is the splatoon (I'm assuming that's what it is) wall and flooring look really pixelated? I thought the 7/11 mart was nicely done.. but the real treat was upstairs. That room is just so cozy and I like how you mixed the cabana and alpine set and ugh that tiny kitchen is adorable. Have you thought of mixing some furniture sets in the main 7/11 room too? At least some extra tables in the middle with some spotlight items or food items like some tropical fruit baskets?

Villager houses road
I really love how you did this area! The road you used for the path fits your town so perfectly. I love how you decorated around all the houses and made it look very consistent. The police station with the notice board and modern lamp looks great together like that. And ahhh the playground with the hopscotch is the cutest! I just really love this area a lot. It makes me want to cruise around in my car lol. The only part I didn't like was the 3 villager houses at the bottom - the walkway to their houses seems a little cramped, but maybe it's because the trees and bamboo is obstructing the view a bit. I actually tried cutting them down to see if it looks better and in my opinion it does :P

Stadium
I love the tennis court!!! I love seeing stadiums in dream towns paired with the stadium lights.

Katie's house
I am really loving the way you mix up your furniture. Katie's house looks very warm and inviting and I can really get that she;s a sporty type (she probably competes at the stadium lol). Please don't ever expand your kitchen because it looks so nice and cozy. The bathroom is nice too but maybe you can draw something on the display partition thing? Like a scene from town or something might be cute! Her room is also very clean and cozy.. it just looks very believable. The cat on the cushion is awesome. I love the green and white theme of this house in general.

Cafe area and town hall
I really like how you mixed the flowers in with your paths around that "square" area next to the town tree. I haven't really seen a town landscaped that way before but it really works in your town. It also helps that you kept the color scheme so consistent.

North side
Yep your town really has best of both worlds. The foresty overgrown side of town is so beautiful! I love the dirt paths but I'm a sucker for dirt paths. At first I thought the fountains in the middle was kind of random, but it kind of looks like an "old part of town" that was taken over by nature. That's kind of the look I'm going for in my second town. The hugeee farm is great, although I don't like the fertilizer bags in the middle just because of the awkward obvious square around it looks too distracting and different from the soil.

Farmer's house
I love seeing barns in towns and yours is great! It's simple and gets the point across. The kitchen is also very rustic and cozy. The only thing I didn't like so much was the top room. I don't know much about your character but it didn't seem like it fit her very well.. maybe because it was too white and I see the house as more earthy with deeper browns? It was very simple and cute though! Maybe I'm being too nit picky.

Ria's house
Her little one room house is super cute. I love how minimalistic all your kitchens are. I feel like i can tell what most of your characters do in town, like the farmer, the shop keeper, the sporty gal, but I can't quite figure her out. But that's not a bad thing!

Whoa I didn't realize how much I wrote. I really enjoyed your town. I thought it was very peaceful and calming. I don't usually like hacked towns but I loved yours because I feel like your hacks were very purposeful and smart and thanks for not over planting trees and making it too cluttered! Thanks for sharing <3

I'd love to visit! the pictures look so pretty already i'm so excited haha

please hold for my review ;)

thoughts on Kaneohe:
- i'm really digging the arcade room in pualani's house! its so nice and feels v v authentic
- i like how all the villagers are line up along a road; so cute!
- the bathroom in katie's house is really nice! i like the use of the museum wall (? is that what it's called ?) next to the bathtub
- the sports lights overlooking the tennis green is so lovely!
- the city-like playground is really well done!
- i like how you smattered flowers around in little gaps in the concrete ground. it softens the town, keeping it from having too serious of a modern feel. it looks really nice :)
- i lovelove the switch over to earthy-ness up north
- nice distinct campfire alcove
- ashbie's main farm room is really well put together
- ria's house is really tranquil and comfy. i'm getting princess aurora's cottage vibes from it- it's so nice

overall, a really lovely town! i loved how you incorporated both the modern theme and a woodsy one. each character had a distinct feel to them, whether they lived on a farm or in a little cottage or in the big city. Kaneohe is lovely!

thank you so much for such detailed feedback!! i agree on all of your points, as well, i'll probably be reworking ashbie's bedroom at some point as well as the bottom row of villagers! ria's character is actually my irl wife haha, and she wanted to be a witch, so i made her a witch! i'll probably mess with some different wallpaper/flooring for the arcade, too :) thank you again! i'm about to visit your town and write a review!

thank you so much!! i love being able to have both a woodsy area and a modern side in my town, since i've never been able to choose between those two themes :) you never said if you wanted a review for your town, so just let me know if you do want one and i'll happily do one for you!

alright, here's my review for tinytree!

first thing i notice right off the bat that i love is the time of day! early morning is such a rare time to see dream towns set in but i absolutely love it. i also see dirt paths, and i'm already excited!

the use of your public works projects is 100% spot on! i love how there are little areas with multiple public works projects together rather than single ones scattered everywhere, it really adds to the atmosphere.

another thing i love is your wide variety of flower color combinations! they all work together so well and you did such a great job transitioning from one color combo to the next from area to area.

i also really enjoy how non-linear your town is, it feels like an adventure wherever i go!

for charlie's house-
this is such a unique home!! i love the idea of a lodge where the campers can stay, so they don't have to stay in that tiny little tent. the upstairs is so cute and cozy and fitting to the character, too! i'm not 100% sure on what is going on in the basement, but it's still very interesting! the red and orange color scheme around his house and the campsite works incredibly well, too.

jules' house-
such a cute house!! i see you love tiny kitchens as well, haha. the bathroom is sooo tranquil and i love the blue tint it has to it. the basement is probably my favorite in this house! the atmosphere is so unique, it feels almost like a museum but you can tell its a workshop! i'm guessing this character is an archaeologist? i LOVE the bedroom as well, i'm always a sucker for dark brown and green together. the whole house has a very "stylishly messy" vibe which i adore.

right side of town/past jules' house-
black and white has always been one of my favorite forest-y color combos, and your town pulls it off fantastically! i love when people make use of very thin strips of land, and you definitely did it very well. the wisteria trellis works perfectly! the transition to pink + orange is also great. pink/orange is another one of my favorite color combinations!

mei's house-
one of the cutest and most unique houses i've seen! it gives off such a happy vibe, i wish i could come over and sit down and read a book! i love the character's phrase and the little hint of story it gives away, too. the upstairs and downstairs feel so peaceful and magical, its a very different atmosphere from the rest of the house but it still works! i also like the multiple bedrooms, implying that more than one person lives in the house.

beach-
i love the little picnic blankets on the beach! its always nice to see landscaped beaches, as well, since they're often kinda forgotten. all of the flowers look great here, especially the pink and orange with the crystals in between :)

southern/right side of town-
i LOVE that the town gets a very tropical vibe as it gets closer to the beach. thats such a unique concept and i absolutely love it! the bright, vibrant flowers work so well here.

eggs' house-
cuuuute!!! i love how this house has so many different little stores in it. the rustic grocery store is so interesting and works so well! i also love the little gyroid at the counter in the cafe. and the right store is adorable as well!! is it a secondhand shop? i've never seen that done and its so cute. the bedroom upstairs is a really unique combination of furniture/colors, and it works! and i love how the basement is completely different from the rest of the house. its so sleek and modern. the character for this house is also ADORABLE, i love the overalls.

path up to retail/outside of eggs' house-
the windmill is one of my favorite pwps, and it works so well in the area you've created for it. tulips always look fantastic with it, and i love the water fountain near it.

upper east part of town-
i LOVE the totem pole here. its such an underused public works project so i get so excited when i see it used. the apple orchard with the scarecrow and log bench works so well in this area too!! and i love that hazel's house is here. a squirrel in an apple orchard!

overall, i absolutely adored your town. it felt different wherever i went but still meshed together perfectly. its one of the most unique towns i've seen, for sure. to end with, here are a few pics of my favorite areas:

Town of Kaneohe.

Katie's house- I love the main room. Everything goes so well together, and really fits the character too. The small bathroom and kitchen are just perfect.

Pualani's house- Ahh, she was greeting me when I walked into her little store. I love that. The game room on the right is very well done, and the upstairs apartment for Pualani is great.

Ria's house- I love everything about this room. The walls, floor, furniture. Everything. Great job.

Ashbie's house- The gardens in front of the house are great. Reminds me of harvest moon. The main room is my most favorite. I just love it. Nice job on the kitchen. The pattern on the table and chair looks great. My only complaint about this house is there's not more cute rooms to explore.

The town is very interesting. I like the bridge next to the waterfall. The tennis court looks cool, and I love the little park.

I had a great time exploring. You've done a fantasic job. I don't critique towns because there's no wrong way to decorate, but I can honestly say, that I enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks so much for sharing it.

I guess you could visit my Farm town ( if you haven't seen it already). I've had this town for over three years, and since we both like farm decorating, maybe you will like this town most. Codes in my signature. Thanks so much.

i'd love a review if you have time! my town is only two months old, though so ! don't expect too much haha
my 2nd character's house is still very in progress (it's going to be a spa!), and my beaches are just hoarding grounds for red and yellow flowers right now.
any tips you have for landscaping and moving my flowers around (i have a huge random grove of hybrids because i don't know where to put them haha) would be much appreciated! thank youuu!

review of mistvale:

first off, i love the brick path! its one ive never seen before, its really pretty! i really like the color combinations you have going on right now too :) the front yard of claire's house is adorable, i love the book amongst the flowers. the interior is very cute too!! i really like the little painting corner. the entire main room really gives off an art studio vibe. the back room is GORGEOUS. i love the use of the pond and all of the plants, as well as the statue. the pink flooring goes really well with it all! the bedroom is cute too!! i love the dogs and the dressers surrounding the bed! i love the feel of the basement. that lily lamp is one of my favorite items just because of the white light it gives off.

as for tips, i recommend taking those large groups of flowers and lining the paths with them. maybe in a white-pink-purple pattern? and once you get bushes you can line the paths with those as well! trees look great lining paths too. you could also put spare flowers in that fence you have :)

overall, you've done great in these 2 months and i look forward to seeing your town in the future!!

thank you so much for the review of my town and the kind words! <3

let me know if you ever update your town, I'd love to visit again and see what you've done with it! It's definitely one of best beach towns I've seen :3
