My heart is torn

I want to keep Hopper the penguin in my town forever

but my dream villager list is full
and I have no idea who to get rid of in order to keep him, or should i just get rid of him all together.... D :

Hoppers pretty special I think, and he was in the movie! >.<
If I were you would cut down one of your dream villagers don't cut out sprinkle though because hopper and her can be best friends aww
