Cycling Restarting town, need some help!

I'm restarting my town next weekend and there are some villagers that I'd like to transfer over to my new town.
Can anyone help? I'd be really grateful Just please don't try to steal them...I'd be devastated :c

This will really only work with someone who has a cycling town or who is willing to time travel a lot, because I'll want her back as soon as possible. It would also be nice if we're in similar timezones (I'm in PST).
