Restarting town! - Help?

So I'm looking into restarting my town and i need someone to hold my stuff for a little while i do it! I haven't played since april this year and finally found my cartridge under my bed last week. I'm not very happy with my lay out anymore, and i wanna change it. Would anyone be willing to help me? Thanks for taking your time to read!
