Pokémon Restarting Alpha Sapphire

I think I want to restart my Alpha Sapphire as I never really got into it... but I want to start with some of my favorite pokemon from other generations, so I'm looking to get a low-leveled scizor, binacle, honedge, and ferroseed... but all I have to trade is some TBT... I literally don't care about IVS and only want specific abilities for Scizor (Technician) and Binacle (Tough Claws)... is this unreasonable? is there a better resource to get them? I am new to getting pokemon like this and have no idea what to do...

I don't have any of the Pokemon you're looking for but you can buy Pokemon from people in the TBT marketplace. There are some threads there with breeding for custom EVS, abilities, etc. You can also look at Serebii forums as well. ^^

I just thought of this, but will I be able to get those pokemon at the start? or do I have to wait to get a national dex update?

you (should) be able to get them at the start, i don't see why not. they just won't be in your dex (probably) until you get the nationanl dex if that makes sense.

You can get pokemon before unlocking their entry. It will just say "unknown pokemon" with the description "?????"

I have all Pokemon and forms in my game (countless hours of breeding and levelling you don't wanna know) anyways, if you'd like I can breed you a level 1 of almost anything. The ones you'd like specific abilities in might take a little work but I might have them. Just send me a PM or VM if interested. Also TBT tends to work well for Pokemon as I've bought and sold several Pokemon via TBT. ^.^

After you help wally,you get the PSS,then u can wondertrade,battle,trade,etc.
