Restarted town Need some help!

I just restarted my town since i havent been on animal crossing or The bell trees for a while ive been very busy with my new school and everything and the crazy amount of homework blah blah blah ^.^However i need some help on my town with fruits and loans and stuff so if anyone could help even just a little it would be greatly appreciated Thank you! (Fc on sidebar and in sig)
