I want to get in so does anyone know when the resseti center opens?

Im pretty sure the weather is the same in every game so i was wondering what dates i could get in.

in New leaf, you can get in the night after it rains. Like on Monday its raining. Tuesday night, it will be open

But the weather isn't the same in every game. Me and my boyfriend have our games set to the same time and date and it always differs.
