I put my cartridge into my sister's 3DS, and it showed "New Save File" and "Move in". I put it back into my own 3DS and it was fine. Will my town corrupt?

Has your sister downloaded the update? Without the update data on the SD card you can't play the welcome to amiibo version. You can get it from the e-shop, I believe!
