Should I Or Should I Not Reset My Town And Start The Game Again.

I think if you're unhappy with your current town in any way, shape or form that takes away from the joy of playing, then yes.
I've reset towns several times because I settled for maps, etc., that I didn't absolutely love.

And now I finally have a town with everything that I wanted from the very beginning

If your unhappy with your town and you don't feel like you can improve it, restart. You could always have people hold your villagers and bells if your afraid of losing those. C:

The only thing I hate about restarting is losing certain characters or the stores that took me ages to unlock
