resetting my town and i need to move my stuff

Hi!
As above, i want to reset my town but i don't want to lose some valuable things to me (mostly flowers) so i need to storage them somewehere. I can offer bells (up to 20mil, no more), sets, or marshal (but you need to tell me how to cycle cause idk)

id prefer someone whos been here for a long time who wont steal it, i just dont want to lose everything... its over 600 h of my life.
