resetting my town advice please

I have alot of really old rare items and stuff, extremely rare items, I have two towns, all my items are laid out on the grounds and my storage are filled and ive tried to fix it several times and i just dont feel happy with my town anymore, I finally earned my gold streetpass badge though and dont want to lose it all, and I have so many old rare DLC items and stuff, but Frankly I just dont like my town anymore, I want a fresh start but i dont want to lose my old really rare stuff, i could use my second town to transfer some stuff but then it doesn't really feel like starting over, plus it would take weeks to go through all my items and pick out what I want, should I go for it and wipe my town or should I keep it, I just can't decide.

I used to do this all the time with Wild World, reset every year or so.

I have had my new leaf town for like 1.5 years and i just dont know what to do, I have most badges ( not all ) complete catalog and I would like to keep playing but im just not enjoying this town anymore.

I have over 1200 hours into the current town.

a few months ago my goal was to do paths in my town and i had a friend do them and they look good but im just not happy

You could just put all your dlc items in your second town and keep it there

Get someone to hold your items but make sure you trust them!

First look where your river is if you dont like it where it is u can always look at another map!

Also look where villager houses are make sure there not infront of bridges!

Hope this helps also look at where the town hall and that is.

If you dont like it try another map!
