Resetting a fake rock

Hey, so its possible to move a plotted house around, is it also possible with a fake rock too? I want to know this because there is a spot in town where a villager ALWAYS plots at, and I do not want to waste space for PWPS.

I think that anything that spawns after the 6AM mark can be reset. Not sure though.

You are correct. The rock can be reset as long as it appeared after 6AM (but not if it was already there yesterday)
