They were supposed to be distributed via wifi outside of Japan last month, but it seems that no one was able to get one, and Nintendo was very unhelpful when contacted about it. They're being distributed in Japan this month, and I traded with other people to get them.

I can drop a lotus pond off in your town now, if you're ready.
