Reset Help

Hey, can anyone help me reset my town by holding a lot of items for me? I'm starting a creepy town and if anyone has name ideas I'd appreciate that as well c: Please do not take any of my items. Im keeping track of what I give you so I will know if you steal something. If you hold my things for me and do not take anything, I will pay you. Name the price you think I should pay. Thanks~

Or maybe not, they do sound a bit poetic, but those are just my ideas.

Idlewild... I like that About the money, you can pretty much name your price, I've got lots of spare change lying around. Also, when is a good time to give you the items?
