Requirements for Gracie to appear

Is there something i must do besides spending 70k+ bells on TIY for her to appear? If i have to make a summon circle, a ritual or anything (except TT) for her to appear on my town, please tell me

The 70K+ is the only requirement. However, she appears on completely random days, unlike Katrina and Redd, who appear weekly.

You need to spend 50.000 bells in order to receive the T.I.Y. upgrade. From that moment on Gracie will appear (like once every month or every other month). Get 4 fashion checks and spend 100.000 bells at the T.I.Y. to upgrade.

I already had 2 fashion checks and I started in Oct. 2013.

I started on August 4th and I've only had 3 fashion checks xD And I still don't have a perfect town!
