i was wondering if someone could draw my mayor. i'd like to use it on a reference when i request a shop to make me one :3

i'm looking for a kawaii-ish type mayor chibi thing. ya feel? (i suck at wording things sorry ; - ; )


i will be willing to tip with the little tbt that i have if you would like
i can also pay in igb if that works also???

Eyes: Green or Blue (i alternate between them a lot but peferred to have dark blue eyes)
Skin: Pale
Hair: Snow white and fluffy ^w^
Head: Newsprint Helmet bc child at heart
Dress: light blue skirt with suspenders and a white and purple striped top
Shoes: White stockings
Interests (might not need): loves gardening and the ocean. Tends to obsess over cute villagers aka marshal, sprinkle, merengue, and molly.
