Okay, so my friend brings me his 360. I work on it with instructions from my teacher. After cleaning and all that the thing works Friday. Bring it home Monday and try it again, and not working. Teacher tells me to unplug the fan and overheat it. I start doing it and after about an hour it isn't getting hot. (The heat sinks) I try again and this time I have the optical drive hooked up. 30 minutes and same thing. I hook up the fan and make it face another direction and same thing, about 30 minutes. I notice the power supply light is yellow. What do you think I should do?

Steps of the whole process(Just in case you need to know):
Cleaned processor and gpu
Clean heat sinks
Drill holes for bolts
Used plastic and nylon(I think) washers (bolt>nylon>plastic>mobo>plastic>nylon>heat sinks(not sure if I remember that correctly))
Started overheat process and it worked somehow so skipped that
Did a mod to the fan to give it more voltage to run fast to prevent rrod again
Try 360 again and still works
Monday, come in and assemble 360, take home, not working
Tuesday, trying the overheating and not getting hot

I think the power supply may have something to do with it, because when I tried it there I used his 360 power cable, not the one my friend had with his 360.

Any ideas? Any other sites I can copy and paste this too for better support? Thanks for reading.
