they really are! omg i can't even imagine visiting so many dreams. but i know someone said they just did the random dream thing, so maybe that seems the easiest way. <_<

Random dream thing you end up stuck with a bunch of boring dreams though. D: I really like visiting pretty dream towns! but the random option has let me down one too many times, I don't trust it.

Yeah you gotta go to cons I guess... or live in japan, heard that's good for streetpass.
