Hi there, ok so this is a bit random but I've been trying to get a British buddy of mine to play Animal Crossing with me for a few months now. He went and bought a 3DS and I bought him Animal Crossing. Thing is I'm American and I didn't know that he can't play a game purchased in the US on his 3DS. Is there anywhere I can purchase an eshop gift card or have the game shipped to him around the same price as ours ($30)? Animal Crossing for them is nearly $50 in USD ;-;.

eu eshop cards don't have a $30 option as their currency is different. maybe you should transfer the money into a paypal account if he has one and then he could buy the game? (as their eshop accepts paypal i think)

I'd suggest getting your friend to buy it and you possibly just send the money to him via PayPal or something if you can. If he buys it from Amazon UK it will cost him ?25.70, that's about $38.

Hm...
Maybe try this?

animal crossing new leaf in nz retail shops used to go for $80 ok //cries//
