Buying Regal Armoire & Regal Carpet

I am looking for the Regal Armoire and the Regal Carpet in order to complete my Regal Set. I'd be willing to pay around 50k Bells for both, or 25k each. I hope that's a fair price. If you could order them from the catalogue but don't want to TT, I wouldn't mind waiting until tomorrow or so thanks
