Hi there,

I had a friend in my town the other day and I didn't realize Redd was in town, and she happened to wander in buy a genuine painting (the wave/ Mt. Fuji painting). Needless to say I didn't realize until it was too late and she had left/we both saved, so now I'm a bit worried that I will never be able to get that painting again. Does anyone know if Redd will have that painting again as a museum donate-able item so I can 100% the museum, or if I can get the geuine painting elsewhere in my game?

My friend had the issue where he lost the exact same painting (he probably accidentally sold it), so would he be able to get his again as well? I'm hoping Redd will re-stock them based on what you haven't donated yet but I'm not sure so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have had that particular painting twice now and I have only been playing for a couple of weeks, I got one from a villager though, Dynamic Painting it is called. So I dunno if it is 'common'? But if you don't come across it again you can always buy/trade for it on the Re-Tail board.

The past three times Redd has been in my town, the only genuine painting he had was the Scary Painting. You can definitely get them multiple times.
