Those are collectibles!
You buy them for tbt, and then you get them sent over. Liamslash just sent me the red candy, for example. In this section of the forums, you can see a market price guide summary thingy of every collectible. You have over 1,150 tbt, so you could get some nice ones. Also, in the "shop" you can buy barely any, because they're always sold out. But you can buy them for super-inflated prices from others (yay!!)

Yes! I managed to get marshal and I've been doing some smart cycling deals. The tip is just look at the demand and then just void any one that's not in demand. You have to be very patient, even if you only see one person looking you VM and wait, even for a day and charge holding fees+.
