Recreating Town, need help to store items

I want to recreate my town but I want to save a few of my hybrids, bells, furniture, and clothes.. Would anyone let me store some stuff in their town for like 10 minutes while I make a new town? I'll give you 500,000 bells if you help me and don't steal my stuff... like the last guy did
