I want to get a laptop sometime later in the year, but there are 4 brands I can't choose from. Here they are from cheapest to most expensive:
Asus
Samsung
Toshiba
HP Envy
I will be using how anybody else would use it, play games, search some things up, yada yada. I also want to watch out for prices and quality. I already have a Gateway that is a little slow, and a Macbook I can't play on. So, which one?
However, I would advise looking into Toshiba's Qosmio line. It's what I 've got and can play many current games on the highest settings, with little to no latency. Keep an eye out on Dealzon.com, I got mine when I saw a great sale and have been pleased with my purchase since.
i would trust the asus or toshiba brand names over the latter two.
i have used a toshiba laptop for about two years while in HS, loved it. nothing failed, and it did everything I needed, at the time. (ex: ran guild wars 1 at a choppy frame rate)
as others have suggested, i'd highly recommend getting a desktop computer over a laptop, if you have the means to do so.
