Alright then I really can't help you. If you want I can tell you what it is but we need to leave that in PM discussion. But I don't think Apple has a block on the apps if you don't have the right firmware to operate them on. If I was you I would check what firmware you are on or just try to update. If not reinstall and reboot your iPod and see what will happen. Or possibly you could have a broken iPod that doesn't want to play apps. =P
