Today I opened my gates because my turnip prices were at 159 for anyone desperate. When one girl was done she left a tip at train station. Well, I was working on something else so I left the money there for literally 10 minutes, when someone came to my town and left literally right away. I got suspicious so I went to check the train station, and the money was not there! Why do people does this? Has this happened to anyone else? Please share your stories in the comments.
I rarely leave stuff lying around, or drop them in front of people. When I do it's often to temporarily have room for something, and I seriously wish people would just wait until I said "that's for you" before they picked up anything. Well, unless it's obvious it's for them.
I haven't lost anything to it, but I can understand your frustration.
Well at least you know who it was since they say the mayor/town name for each person that enters.
So hopefully you've removed them from your FC list.
Some people just have to do things that ruin it for everyone else. But at least it tells you who is trustworthy and who isn't.
Personally, if they arrived suddenly and then just went to leave with no word...I probably would of cut the wifi. However, I usually only leave close friends or people I've played a lot with on my FC list.
This is horrible. I really don't understand. That's probably why I rarely wifi. I just don't trust people anymore. It's ridiculous right? Shouldn't we just be able to wifi without being worried about our stuff? It happened to me with some hybrids. I told the person not to run and she still did. Was off to do something else, she suddenly left and I was missing three hybrids. Ughhhh.
I keep reading about all the horrible things that have happened to people. from scamming, to stealing to entering towns without permission. This is horrible. why do people do such things?
