This is my second ( third? ) attempt at a shop, my last one died due to me not being on TBT for so long; so I'm hoping I can keep this one up longer ;-; please bare with me...

And the fertilizer works like this:
Normally, you would plant hybrid/common flowers next to each other to spawn a hybrid with a small chance.
When you water those flowers, it increases the chance of a hybrid spawning.
Well, if you bury ( yes, you bury it; it stays buried there until the next day, but can be dug up the day it was buried... kinda like a time capsule per se ) a bag of fertilizer in a spot that has a chance of spawning a hybrid, leave it a day and water the flowers, the chance of a hybrid spawning there is even higher.
It's kinda like insuring a hybrid will spawn? But it doesn't guarantee one will spawn, or if it'll be the exact one you want.
I'm horrible at explaining though, so I'd recommend searching for it on a ACNL wiki for a more in depth explanation xD
