Buying Re-orderable DLC / also Trading JP Exclusive

I'm looking for a few pieces of re-orderable DLC, as well as trading one JP exclusive item for another.

I am purchasing:

Double Necked Guitar - 5000
Rolling Suitcase - 5000
Kadomatsu - 5000
Kagamimochi - 5000
Entire "Astrology" Set - 100,000

I am also trading my Eggplant Cow for a Cucumber Horse.

My correct FC is in my sidebar, and you'll be dealing with Mayor Betta of Fishbowl. Please let me know if you'd prefer the transactions done in your town or mine.

I hope these are fair-ish prices - it's a good bit more than the catalog amounts, but I've never used the Re-Tail forum before.

How about 100,000 bells for everything? (Subtracting one Zodiac item but adding the guitar price).
