Hello all,

I have had Animal Crossing: A New Leaf (AC:ANL) for a few weeks now yet I do not know anyone else that plays the game as I have never used my 3DS to "find friends." It has become clear that there is an important aspect to AC:ANL via being able to go to other people's towns and interact with what they have done (pull weeds, water plants, see the decorations) as well as trade in-game items. Regretfully my wife is not much of a gamer (Smurf Village is her speed) and, try as I might to convince her to play AC:ANL, I have not succeeded yet.

I am very aware that there is a significant number of adult gamers, those who are 21 years of age or older, who play AC:ANL and was wondering if anyone might be interested in swapping friend codes? I have no interest in causing any town problems, such trampling plants, and just want to be able to unlock all aspects of the AC:ANL game.

Amy, you may add me as well if you'd like. My daughter plays too, so I've been lucky to be able to visit her town when I need to do stuff like that. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of adults playing from reading posts on the board, but nobody I know plays other than my kiddo.

Hello!

Thanks all! When I get home from work I will add everyone! This will be a lot of fun as I find it amazing how creative people can be with sim games, thus I am looking forward to seeing what people come up with in their towns!

However I am sorry that I placed the thread on the wrong area as I thought I was at the train station. Unfortunately I was adding the thread quickly as I was doing several things at once on my break.

Yeah the in-game chat thing could be better, I often miss what people say because they say it when I'm entering or exiting a building :/

Thanks, I thought it would be funny to name my ACNL character after someone who lives in the woods and talks to animals instead of people
