Re creating town but I like to keep items, can someone help?

Hello I been with my current town for 3 years but would like to re create, I would like to keep dome items like gold tools, gold flowers, ect. Can someone help? I just need you to hold them so i can create the new town and I will pick them up. Anyone interested?
