You can if you have two switches, but the fact this guy has one post, the account is brand new and it's two of the most popular villagers? Probably.​

I believe you can have 2 in boxes if one is there from asking the previous day to leave and you also had a campsite animal that kicked out the other. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I have no idea, I avoid campsites because booting via campsite has it's own host of glitches for the adopter of the booted villager.​

I’m not sure, but this whole thing sounds a bit suspicious to me. I would just like to see proof
