Smash Bros Rayman joins the fray!!... ? - RUMOURS and PICs inside

Saw that, HIGHLY doubt it. There was that Nintendo of Canada spokesperson who said he'd be DLC but then later they confirmed it was wrong. Besides, Ubisoft already hates the WiiU, hates Nintendo and hates the fans of Nintendo. Rayman may be the one thing they they could get noticed on the WiiU other than ZombiU, but I still doubt they'd go out of there way.
But the other side is it'd be possible because Ubisoft sees money in adding Rayman, plus there's a possibility of a Rayman Amiibo if he was added, more money for Poopisoft.

Rayman's a trophy in SSB4U, so they can't hate Nintendo near as much as you seem to think.

Though I'm still counting as fake until proven otherwise.

I'm saying fake. The background on the character select screen looks so off compared to the one in-game. That's also probably one of the hardest things to fake since it is a moving picture.

Really. That's all you've got? The 2 trophies in Smash? They've publicly bashed Nintendo and the WiiU a million times, what rock have you been under? They even said they're done with Nintendo until sales pick up. To pop up with some DLC would have some slim chances.

They're with holding a lousy party game, axed Assassins Creed, took 100 years on WatchDogs and Rayman because of bad WiiU sales. If they're giving us Rayman it's because they're trying to find a way to make sure Nintendo fans who haven't heard about their wrong doings will still like Rayman so when the money comes pouring back there will still be Rayman fans. pfft.

Well considering they actually gave the assets, yeah its still something.
 
Pretty sure Ubisoft already has expressed their distain with Nintendo and the WiiU. Sure it has the 3DS to show up on but Rayman & Ubisoft have like zero presence on that system in comparison to the WiiU. Rayman Origins and 3D for 3DS are both panned and Petz is a waste of time, just a rip off of Nintendogs.
 
I kinda forgot there's Petz on the 3DS. That fad feels so done but Nintendogs still sells I guess. Weird.
They also said Poptropica sold poorly, so I dunno why Ubisoft tries anyway with all their weird knock off games that are always very on-rails and linear anyway. Meanwhile they whine everyone else doesn't do a good enough job.

I already said I'm counting as fake. Please ****ing learn to read everything, and not just what benefits your ******** ass bull****.

What I posted wasn't an argument to Rayman being a new fighter, but an argument to Ubisoft not being near as stubborn as n64king seems to think.


Fact of the matter is they HAVE allowed some stuff for Smash, and as mentioned it could be easy money for them too. Also, Rayman being an actual character that you could make a moveset around gives it advantage over majority of trophies.


I can't even count their Nintendo bashing as any argument to otherwise, simply because they're a business. If they see a way to make actual money off of Nintendo, then they'll take it. If competitors give them better options, then they'll take that. it's all about money.

But once again, just in case you're blind:

I believe this "leak" is 100% fake.
