9/10 he's pretty cool plus was a unique typing up until gen 8. Just wish he didn't evolve at such a late level. I used him in one of the gen 5 games and I didn't even have him evolved yet when I reached the elite 4.

Gardevoir?

8/10 like the design of Gardevoir and the ballerina origin, plus she's strong for special attack and defence and I like the dual typing but I don't use her much recently as I prefer Galarian Rapidash for Psychic/Fairy type. Has served me well in super smash bros though!

Toxtricity?

7/10 Not a half bad first Poison/Electric type! While Toxtricity’s typing defensively is atrocious, it can really hold it’s own offensively.

8/10 - Not terrible typing, I think the concept is cute, and it was pretty serviceable in competitive. Not much more you can ask from a single-stage Pokemon.
