So as a result I am going to host a
Random Town Gathering!
Rather then blabbing on about it, I'll explain it in a Q&A format.
When is it?
7:00 PM on Saturday, Eastern Time.
What can I do in town?
Anything, so long as it follows my town rules. Basically don't trample flowers, keep conversation clean, and don't steal my stuff.
How long does it last for?
The official end of the gathering will be 7:30 PM, Eastern Time. However, you are free to stick around and chat until 8:00 PM, when I will disconnect Wi-fi.
Can I buy stuff?
Sure! Feel free to wander through the shops.
I want you to come over to my town after the party! Is that possible?
Depends on my schedule. At best it would happen the day after the party, and at worse not at all.
Only three people can come? This is stupid!
I hate that part of New Leaf; only three other people can come visit your town. However, this isn't a "Go crazy with loads of people" gathering, it's just a nice quiet gathering. So maybe things are better that way.
How do I reserve a space?
Post if you want to come, and I'll put you on the list. I'll make a post saying when the list is full or has a space open.
Can I leave during the party?
Sure! You can leave secretly, or tell everyone. It's up to you.
Why didn't you make a fancy banner for it.
Because I didn't want to.
