Random highlighted dialogue?

I was talking to Mint and she was like "My family really likes me, maybe it's because I'm the second of four kids." the "second of four kids" part was highlighted blue, so I was waiting for an explanation since blue dialogue only is used for important things, but she just stopped speaking. Is this like a hint for April Fools or something?? Or is it just totally random? xD

I think it's to do with April Fools day.
One of my villagers randomly mentioned their birthday earlier on.

Cousteau was telling me how good he is at telling jokes, I assumed it was an April Fools Day hint.

Marshal is the middle kid. Julian is the youngest of four siblings. And yes,as the peeps stated above ^, Its april fools. Basically,some person will ask you questions about your villagers. If you get it right,they give you the certain villager's picture.

In Azalea it doesnt matter since i got everyones pic normally
but in Parfait i have no-ones as ive had it since februaryy.. so i need to get it right

When has the hint-giving started for everyone? My game is set to the current irl date, and I'm not getting any of this sort of dialogue.

(I talk to each of my villagers 20+ times per day.)

Mine started giving me hints 26/3 I think, I either didn't receive any or wasn't paying attention before then.
