RAM editing question

If I knew this before, I wouldn't have updated my 3DS. I need to know if it's possible to still RAM edit with the same methods. I met this person at my friends town that had MILLIONS of bells since I'm a greedy child, I took the offer. I want to RAM edit myself but how??

No method of hacking is allowed here...
But no you can't hack at all with the new updates. Nintendo patched the websites

Yeah, google is an option, so you saw it on the other forums on the bell tree? Really, because there is a thing that says to strictly not mention these kind of things.
