Rainy Season Officially Ended....

And the game looks absolutely gorgeous.... It's never looked this amazing in all this time I've played it. Not even the clearest days prior to this looked this absolutely stunning. I start up the game and I'm greeted to just superb vibrance.

The only thing I can compare it to is that it's like taking a nice refreshing drink of cold water. I can't believe the rainy season was making the game so awful in comparison.

I have the UK version of the game and since it is near enough ALWAYS rainy in Great Britain, it didn't really bother me in Animal Crossing New Leaf.

It was just like the game KNEW what kind of weather to give. lol

I live in the UK too, and i see Animal crossing as an escape from our terrible weather (well except today, since its boiling in my town!)

I'm glad it's over, but I like the rain. Just didn't like the fact that it was always cloudy and dark, even though it wasn't raining, and that Phineas wouldn't come by.

I like how the hibiscus bushes are in full bloom now, but I'm sad that the rainy season is over. Now I have to water all my flowers myself regularly if I don't want them to wilt

From my understanding, yeah it should be over now (July 6th). Thonky lists rainy season from June 16th~July 5th and sure enough my town rained till the bitter end and didn't let up till exactly 6am today. Not a single cloud in the sky and all the colors in the town look brighter and cooler.

Of course rain still occurs at random throughout the entire year anyway but it's not common.

I really liked the rain! It makes the game very atmospheric, especially when it's stormy out. Summer storms are the best, and I miss living in a place where they happen everyday.

I like the rain, I prefer it over sun, plus...Coelanth...Gyroids...damn those Gyroids will take long to gather now. The atmosphere in the game is just magnified by a million when it rains.

Exact same situation with my town! I started up the game this morning and it was a cloudless day! All the colors seemed alive and it was just the most amazing thing to look at!!

I don't mind the rain though. Especially when I'm not the one getting wet. =P
